In 2014, RCF partnered with the Iraqi Ministry of Culture, our first partner from the Arab world. Ferdinand Richard, Chair of the Roberto Cimetta Fund, traveled to Baghdad from 15th to 22nd December 2014 in order to consolidate this partnership and officially sign the agreement with the Iraqi Minister of Culture, his excellence Mr. Faryad Raondzi. He met many Iraqian artists (see photo below) and other artists working in Baghdad.  


The artists and cultural managers of the SYNDEAC (French syndicate of artistic and cultural companies) and the French Senator, Marie-Christine Blandin have provided support to the Fil Manfa programme in 2016 and 2017 to express their solidarity and « fraternité » with their colleagues in exile.
