RCF - Eduard Miralles, pioneer of cultural policies

It is with sad hearts that we inform our readers of the sudden death of Eduard Miralles, Chairman of Interarts Foundation in Barcelona and former Director of CERC, Centro d’Estudios y Recursos Culturales, one of the most important think tanks for cultural policy in Europe.

The staff, experts and Board members of the Roberto Cimetta Fund, which Eduard was a member of for a short time from October 2010 to November 2011 were deeply shocked by this tragic news.

Eduard was a tireless and prolific actor and cultural rights defender. His disappearance is a great loss for Catalonia, for Europe, for the Mediterranean region, for Culture and for the Arts.
